Four Leaf Renovations recently replaced the ageing carpeting in my condo with new vinyl flooring and trim, as well as new bathroom floor tile.
Their estimate was spot on and they began work on the agreed-upon date.

The first difference is the quoting process. When Shamus and his team came, they were clean, respectful, professional, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident about the job. They were precise about what the renovation would entail, how much it would cost, and sent us a written estimate the next day.
They arrived the week they promised, on time and prepared to work. Again, they were clean and professional, mindful that we were still living in the house during this project. I was amazed at how clean the project remained throughout - truly professional.
They delivered the project on time, for the agreed upon price...very rare in the renovation business.
